We are an alternative source to Apple’s appointment based service system, Although the Apple Corporate retail store is the coolest they are also the busiest, our long term experience along with our kind staff will try and make you feel at home in our store. Most repair services are all done in the same location you dropped it off at.

Our business started in 1996 on El Camino in Palo Alto. The Berkeley store opened in 2008 and then Concord in 2009.
